The writing is mostly under Creative Commons by-sa, except where explicitly stated elsewhere. One exception includes all of the private puddles on SignPuddle Online which are not explicitly CC by-sa. Valerie Sutton or Steve Slevinski should be able to answer or direct any license questions.
About the software
SignPuddle Online is hosted by the Center for Sutton Movement Writing on a DeafVision server. The closed source SignPuddle Server code uses the open source SignPuddle tools.
